Rand Paul: Tax the rich is no real solution, fantasyland rhetoric
As the Republican leadership and President Barack Obama debate over the upcoming fiscal cliff that will lead to an increase in taxes for 90 percent of Americans, one Republican senator says it's all about too much spending in Washington.
