SoCal gas prices near 2011 levels after more double-digit drops
The third straight week of double-digit price declines have dropped the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in Southern California to under $4. The averages are also within a penny of what most of the region was paying for fuel last year, according to the Automobile Club of Southern California's Weekend Gas Watch.
