A playful Justin Bieber has singalong with fans outside TV studio
The ever-amusing, and almost always playful - save for some encounters with paparazzi - Justin Bieber was at it again Wednesday night. On his way into the studio to do The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Bieber paid a visit to fans, and sang with them.
