As exclusively revealed in the Echo on Tuesday, Robins boss Mark Yates has paid an undisclosed five-figure fee to Bristol Rovers for the 25-year-old forward's signature.
Yates tried to sign him earlier in the summer and was initially knocked back, but he has captured his man and Zebroski will add pace, height and power to the front line.
The former Cirencester Academy player takes the total number of new signings this summer to three after Sam Deering and Billy Jones.
Manager Mark Yates said: "We've been after him for a while but we've now finally got our man.
"It didn't look like it was going to happen at one stage but he came back onto the radar and he finally saw sense to see his future lays here.
"He can play up top and across the three forward positions.
"I've liked him for a number of years and his attitude on the pitch is first class and that, coupled with his ability, means he will be a good signing for us."
Yates also tried to sign Zebroski last January, when a substantial bid was turned down.
He scored against Cheltenham in Bristol Rovers' 2-0 win at Whaddon Road that month.
* A decision on the future of trialist Tristan Plummer is expected imminently.
